Turnigy SK3 Motors are the next leap forward in motor quality and design. We instructed the engineers to source the best quality magnets, bearings and materials available to them and develop a motor that would not only rival, but surpass the quality of many leading motor manufactures on the market today.
The result is an efficient, high caliber motor using quality double shielded bearings, sintered Neodymium magnets and a string wound stator ensuring an accurate and consistent winding each and every time.
The Turnigy SK3 motors are suited to modelers who are seeking a quality brushless motor without compromise.

2000g (70,5 oz)thrust, 477W, 41A.Use it in Acromaster on 4s for a powerfull performance - really good motor - had so far 30 flight with it and no habbits. Recommend for 1kg 3d plane and to glider like Easy Glider size !Part 2 of the review: After some flights with telemetry, this little motor shows very good power and runs with a good efficiency. Full throttle with a fresh charged 3S 3300 mAh 20C Turnigy lipo battery, the current is over the rating of the motor, it draws 28.7 amps. But this is for the start only, for a few seconds. After the start, the throttle never goes to more than 3/4 and there the current is wide within its limits, never more than 18 amps in flight. Cruising around with half throttle or less gave me current reading between 5 and 9 amps. After a 20 minute flight, the motor is only slightly warm. Will try this motor in a plane that`s a bit smaller and needs less power, then a 9x5 prop should do a good job with this motor. This motor is great! Runs smooth and quiet, no silly noises, no vibrations. Tested in a 1500mm 1650 gram Retro trainer plane with 3S 3300 mAh lipo and a 10x6 APC Sport prop, it showed a little more power than a Hacker A30-12L with the same setup. The SK3 just needs more current, i`ll use my telemetry the next flights for some more useful data. The Turnigy Plush 40 A ESC got warm at the touch after landing, but not hot. I kept the plane at medium speed, flying around 1/2 throttle. For the small size, this motor has a lot of power.Toller Motor! Benutze diesen am FX-61 Phantom mit einem 10x6 Prop und 60A Regler und 4S Lipo. Luft rund und hat mega Schub :) Kann ich empfehlen, danke HKProbably a good motor, but the name should start by 37. I didn't read the description properly and now I have a motor that doesn't fit
I use this in my multiplex FunCub and it is a great little motor. I have it on a 45A ESC and 12X8 APC prop. Everything runs cool after 8min flights. Shipping to Portland, OR from the international warehouse only took 10 days. Great value for the money.Great motor. I use this in my Funcub with a 45A Turnigy ESC and 12x8 prop. Engine and ESC stay cool after 8min flights. No problems with this set up and the motor provides plently of power. Great value for the money. I'll be buying more of these.marche du feu de dieu convien au avion jusqu'a 1m30 pour du 3d de folieUse it on my go discover, with 3S 5000mAh and APC 11x7 prop, for more then 3 months. Since I am new to the hobby, there were some huge crashes, which should demage the engine. Nothing bend, still works smoth and powerfull. Gonna try it with 4S battery to increase power. Conclusion, well constructed, smoth and powerfull. Would recommend.
