I chose this motor according to webocalc tool for my HB foamy Cessna 182 1meter span (same as Skyartec). It is necessary to modify the motor mount a bit in order to make it fit in the Cessna but the results are very good. I use it with a GWS 8x6 prop and a 1300mAh 3S lipo. I get the following values (battery fully charged):
Power (W) - Thrust (Grams)
10w - 55g
20w - 100g
30w - 145g
40w - 180g
50w - 225g
60w - 260g
70w - 370g
90w - 400g (=> approx. 7Amps or 8Amps only !!!)

So I am very happy with this set-up. I get nearly 30min flight time and plenty of power (not unlimited vertical but almost). I voluntarily limited the max throttle to 8amps because it is enough. I can install a very light ESC (12A) and it is never getting hot !!!

Good motor. installed it on my HK J3, has a good lift.
It didn't come with anything else. not even screws for mounting. lucky me that I had some. You need very slim screws for mounting this.

ordered three of these the motors look pretty good, one thing that concerns me a bit it that they all rotate a bit differently some are smoother and some are resistant to being rotated

I replaced the original motor at ASW 28 by this one and the model needs approx. 10seconds to be in the sky. Much more better than the original.

it fits perfectly but with a small mod necessry for my J3 cub aeroplane. Its spins well for using 2S but could perform better if I tried with 3S power.

A great replacement motor for the profile Piaget 3D foamie that HK sell. It has around 30% more power and I am getting an extra 15% more run time due to the increase in efficiency. I am very happy and the plane is hovering on less than 1/2 throttle. I use it with a GWS 10x4.7 prop and it works well but you could probably go to a 10x8 if you needed more grunt.

Very inexpensive motor. Good for 1 lb. 3d foamy type plane. Stick the plane in the ground and put on another one.

Pretty good little motor for the money. With a 3 cell lipo and GWS 9050 prop, the stock motor produces about 23oz of thrust at 12a. I removed the 12 turns of sloppy, 3-strand, hair-thin windings and rewound it with 12 turns of thicker 23awg wire terminated delta. With the same number of turns as the stock wire, this motor now produces 29oz of thrust at 11a with the same prop and battery.
