More than just a fancy name.Bolt series lithium polymer batteries are built with a LiCo nano-technology substrate complex and an all new CNT (carbon nano tube) additive greatly improving power transfer making the oxidation/reduction reaction more efficient, this helps electrons pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. In short; less voltage sag and a higher discharge rate than a similar density lithium polymer (non nano-tech) battery.
LiHV stands for “High Voltage Lithium Polymer”. These batteries have been around for years and can be safely charged to 4.35V, higher than the typical voltage of Lipos.
The advantages of LiHV batteries are the higher power and longer running times. LiHV batteries can be charged to 4.35V per cell, higher than normal LiPo batteries which sit at 4.20V. For example, a 4S LiHV pack charged at 4.35V would give you 17.4V. Whereas a Lipo battery on the same charge would only get 16.8V. LiHV batteries also have a lower internal resistance and are less prone to "puffing".

Currently using these babies in my Freewing F-15c and they are amazing!!!....definitely increased my flight time by at least 1 1/2 mins. with those 5400 mah's. will be purchasing two additional for my Freewing Thunderbolt II Twin 80mm Warthog!!!!Après 3 ans d'usage et un respect scrupuleux des charges décharges et charges de stockage, les batteries se mettent à gonfler et j'ai du en neutraliser une après un an pour surchauffe en fin de charge.
Les trois autre évoluent dans le même sens...
Malgré l'usage du chargeur "Neutron 200W" prévu, ces batteries ne tiennent pas dans le temps et posent donc de sérieux problèmes de sécurités.

Mike.1Ces batteries sont les meilleures que je connaisse! je les utilise sur le Viper jet de Fly Fly Hobby et sur des avions de voltige ainsi que le Pilatus PC9 de Phoenix pesant 5,2Kg au dcollage.
Aucun problmes aprs deux ans d'usage intensif et charge maximum sur le chargeur prvu en HV 26,1V.
Ces batteries sont plus chres que les autres mais elles en valent largement la peine.
Pas de surchauffe, quilibrage parfait et elles ont du souffle.
J'en possde actuellement 3 avec totale satisfaction.I charge my 6s 5400ma packs at 10amps on a regular Turnigy charger on balance mode. After this charge is complete, I switch the pack to a Neutron charger in LiHV balance mode. In this way I can add 865ma and 1volt additional charge. The result is FAR superior to any other brand. The reason I use 2chargers is because the LiHV chargers available so far are too wimpy too get the job done alone in a reasonable time.Best batteries I have had so far. I have 2 of these 6S and 2 of the 3S 5400mah" very good batteries
