The Turnigy FBL100 is a feature packed micro 3D helicopter like no other! Its advanced 3-axis flybarless system not only reduces drag on the rotor head, it also greatly increases the precision and agility of flight. This, combined with its ultra light airframe delivers a level of power and responsiveness that is un-matched by any other micro 3D heli on the market today.

This micro heli is truly 3D capable - inverted flight, flips, loops, rolls and funnels, the FBL100 can do it all! Despite its ultra capable flight characteristics, the FBL100 is also quite stable thanks to its precision flybarless control system. This means that it is a great way for new pilots transitioning from a basic coaxial or fixed pitch heli to learn how to fly a 3D heli without the fear of a large investment or costly repairs.

If your looking for exciting 3D heli action indoors or out, or simply looking to get into collective pitch helis without spending a fortune on larger models, the FBL100 is for you! It arrives completely ready to fly including a stylish and ergonomic 2.4gHz radio transmitter, two 3.7V 300mAh lipoly batteries, lipoly charger, spare blades and rotor head linkage rods. Simply charge the included flight batteries and your ready to fly!

I have had 2 MCPX before and I have several 450 helis. The tail doesn't hold well at all on my new FBL100. Full throttle will make it spin out almost every time at just about any speed. Honestly my mcpx fly better ,especially the newer one. I think Im going to return this FBL 100. If It didn't spin out all the time it would be fun. Possibly I got a bad one ???

The helicopter could not take off immediately flopped. Then he went to the smell of something burned out and the rear blade itself has become twisted. I could not stand for more than three days of torment and crushed his remote control.

GREAT LITTLE HELI!!!! took a little checking to get it flying right ( make sure you turn your TX on before you power up the Heli) but after that she's been all aces... Me being the awesome 3d pilot that I am, I crashed it into the side of my house inverted.....picked it up dusted it off slid the tail boom back into place and went again....LOVE IT!!!!

If crashed this poor heli a few times trying and practicing new stuns that I would normally do and eventually crash my HK450pro. Then I just pick it up, make sure the main gear is still nice and tight against the bearing with no play when moving the main shaft up an down and it flies like a dream again. I do have to add its a bit tail heavy although the gyro compensates for it, it does eat the battery life. I've pushed the battery all the way forward with the sticker removed and pushed a little bit of tissue into the canopy to balance it. It increased the battery life by atleast a 45s to a min. I love my FBL100. Thinking about byuing a second one and add some bling bling alloy with brushless.

I purchased this heli about 1 month ago. the shipping was super quick as it only took about 2 weeks to ship to the uk. i have to say this heli is one of the most fun helis iv e ever had! i fly planes and wanted something which did not involve driving to a field to fly it. i practiced with the MCPX on Phoenix and it flies exactly like it, maybe even better!
i would have given it 5 stars but the landing gear is very flexible, but that does help absorb the impacts from less then perfect landings!
to sum everything up i would recommend this heli to anyone who has 4 channel heli experience.
buy this heli... you will not regret it!!!!

I received this 2 days ago.
It's great fun to fly around the living room and land on the coffee table. The FBL stabilisation system does an ok job of keeping this squirelly little thing stable. Still quite challenging to fly, certainly not for beginners.
I tried some 3d in a bigger hall (the heli picks up speed very quickly, and soon the living room is not big enough). Full cyclic bogs the headspeed a lot, and the tail kicks out. So power and tail hold are insufficient for any 3d flying. But what did you expect for $90. Still loads of fun for the money. I'm still amazed it's even possible to build a working full CP heli this small!

This is only my second collective pitch helicopter. Perfect hovering right out of the box. Hovers way better than my MCPX BL even after tweaking. I bought this to practice on my lunch break. I was worried that the transmitter did not have dual rates or pitch curve adjustment but I am able to control it ok. The only downside I have found is that the charger makes high pitched noises while charging.
