The Turnigy FBL100 is a feature packed micro 3D helicopter like no other! Its advanced 3-axis flybarless system not only reduces drag on the rotor head, it also greatly increases the precision and agility of flight. This, combined with its ultra light airframe delivers a level of power and responsiveness that is un-matched by any other micro 3D heli on the market today.

This version of the FBL100 includes a 2.4gHz RF module allowing it to be used with your own transmitter. This means it can be flown with JR, Futaba, Hitec, Turnigy, Walkera and other transmitters*. The transmitter will simply need to have a trainer port (JR style 3.5mm or Futaba style 6-pin) and be capable of outputting PPM signal.

The included 2.4gHz RF module can be powered several different ways. It has its own rechargeable 3.7V lipoly battery pre-installed but can also be powered directly from the transmitter via the transmitter's charging jack (DC power plug included), or by the Futaba style 6-pin trainer port.

This micro heli is truly 3D capable - inverted flight, flips, loops, rolls and funnels, the FBL100 can do it all! Despite its ultra capable flight characteristics, the FBL100 is also quite stable thanks to its precision flybarless control system. This means that it is a great way for new pilots transitioning from a basic coaxial or fixed pitch heli to learn how to fly a 3D heli without the fear of a large investment or costly repairs.

If your looking for exciting 3D heli action indoors or out, or simply looking to get into collective pitch helis without spending a fortune on larger models, the FBL100 is for you! It includes the RF module, two 3.7V 300mAh lipoly batteries, USB lipoly charger, spare blades and rotor head linkage rods. Simply charge the included flight batteries, connect the RF module to your favorite radio and your ready to fly!

Great Little chopper for the money. Took a bit of fiddling to get it bound and set up on my futaba 7c.

Now flies great. Have yet to try any flips etc but will do soon . I think the only slightly negative think is the way the tail boom just slides in and pinches the tail wires. other than that its great.

Arrived yesterday. First impressions: well packed box. Comes with the same RF adapter as the Micro Q-Bot; PLUS the USB adapter battery charging lead that was missing in the Q-Bot package. This lead simplifies charging the adapter battery. Same connection leads with the same failing: the lead for the Turnigy 9X transmitter has the non-functional power plug lead - best to cut the heat shrink and pop the pin and remove the redundant lead from the set. On the FBL 100: I was a bit surprised to find that the tail boom fell out when the heli was first picked up. I had read about the boom being loose.. but not that loose! A dab of hot glue may be needed. The wires to into the boom look very vulnerable. Binding to the 9X was simple. However, trying to use the Futaba settings in the manual does pose a riddle... no negative pitch curve settings are available on the 9X, so that gives an approximate -10; 0; 10 degrees overall with zero at centre throttle. For a learning CP heli, this is a debatable range. Would prefer a 0; 2; 10 curve... but can't find how to set it with the 9X. Some specific instructions for setting up this heli with a Turnigy 9X transmitter would be appreciated. I had puzzled out the RF adapter to 9X configuration with my Micro Q-Bot... The clue to anyone having problems is to pull the 9X RF module free of the pins to disable it - that enables the FBL 100 adapter... t
