The Turnigy HD ActionCam has very similar dimensions to the GoPRO Hero 3 camera making it a pefect fit for most brushless camera gimbals on the market today such as the Quanum Q-2D, Tarot T-2D and most other GP3 gimbals. This camera combined with our Q-2D gimbal provides the perfect aerial video solution for our Quanum Nova quadcopter!*

The low light recording ability is quite good providing quality images in just about any lighting condition. The 170° wide-angle lens provides an excellent field of view making it ideal for aerial video use. The integrated 1.5" LCD screen on the back offers live viewing and playback of video, photos and provides easy access to adjustable camera settings via the on screen menu.

This ActionCam has a wide range of setting options easily accessible via the on-screen setup menu. You can change things like the resolution, activate motion detection, white balance, exposure and ISO just to name a few!

The Turnigy HD ActionCam includes a whole host of useful accessories such as a waterproof case, various mounting hardware such as a helmet mount, handlebar mount, clip mounts and more. A USB charging/data cable is included as well as a lens cleaning cloth and detailed user manual.

Very impressed with the quality and inexpensive cost of this camera. Affixed it to a King Kong Hex300 and got great video and aerial footage. Only complaint is the battery takes a good while to charge but otherwise a great value and camera deal.

Very nice camera. Very compact and takes excellent pictures as well as video. There is NO flash or light built in but the camera compensates very good for low lighting conditions. Zoom is descent but will make a grainy picture/video if maxed out. Happy with my purchase so far. Thanks Hobbyking for nice camera that doesn’t “break the bank” for the features it has.
