    I fly with a fairly heavy 450 quad. This battery does well. 10 flights so far.
    No puffing with abuse I give it. I don't take it down past 10.3v

    Compliments for HK customer support in my case (one bad cell):

    I made a RMA ticket 12 days ago. HK respond that they refund the cost off this battery.
    So great customer support for faulty batteries!

    I received 3. 2 are bad. 1 is completely empty (see photo).
    Heavy Duty stands for Heavy Headache. Now I cannot fly this week.
