The Turnigy high capacity batteries are the result of extensive testing and development with one goal in mind...increasing flight times for your multi-rotor aircraft without the penalty of added weight.

We have achieved our goal by drastically increasing the battery capacity (mAh) while lowering the discharge rate. This results in a battery which is still capable of providing sufficient current (Amps) while offering much higher capacity when compared to a standard 20C+ LiPoly battery of the same weight.

What this all means is that Turnigy batteries are able to provide flight times much longer than standard LiPoly battery packs without adding any weight to your multi-rotor model, making them absolutely ideal for use with aerial video and FPV multi-rotor aircraft.

We have a full range of Turnigy High Capacity Multi-Rotor battery packs in the works and will be adding new sizes/configurations as they become available.

Beware.. puffed batteries on delivery..

Batteries are incorrectly spec...
They weight 280g instead of 360g...
They are a sub standard cell and arrived puffed up..
Disappointing.. I needed the extra weight per cell for CG purposes.. both packs are now sort 160g on a twin setup.. hobbyking.. get your shit together.. I just wasted $100 of my hard earned money with your false advertising..

Not the advertised capacity

Theese work fine .. but we got 3 of them and after several flights they seemed to fall short of the expected endurance and after running some test we found out why..
they are not true 4000s.. all our 3 units are arround 3200-3300 real mah.. and thats full capacity.. not usable..
Wich means that leaving a final 20-15% You have left as usable "fuel" 2600-2700mah max.. when you sould have 3200-3400mah leaving a fine margin.. It weights nearly 3000g wich corresponds to what a normal 3300mah would weight.. its good since ... but this is 12C ..not 20/30C. At least it has a good compact size making it easy to fit in planes to get the CG right.. but the huge loss of capacity against what it claims (a whopping 20% less) its very dissapointing.. i can expect a 200/300mAh less than advertised.. but not 800 over 4000

Bad lipo uneven cells when new

battery came with uneven cells...not usable...for first time customer service did not meet my needs...send replacement was not approved twice even though full video and pictures were sent ...still they thought it was an acceptable batt...not for me. Very dissapointed.
