I need assistance though after plugging it backwards i blew up the dc regulator inside and need to get the IC part number. Anyone has a good picture of the circuit board inside?

I am using this product as a charger for about 2 months. Here are cons I noticed:
-- balance leads are misaligned - you can not put normal balance plug in
-- there is a limit for charging/discharging time to max 5 Hours. If you want to discharge 12v/12Ah you will get max discharge of 1A and timeout will be in 5 hours = ~5Ah - so I need to run discharge 3 times
-- discharge power is very small unless you use external empty battery to transfer energy.
-- you cannot charge or discharge battery via balance lead only - most of the other charges can
-- you cannot measure internal resistance unless your power supply is not rated for at least 5A.
-- Standalone balancing function does not work well. (kinda works when charging)

The power supply function is nice. The unit seems to be well-made and quality materials. Unfortunately, the unit I received has manufacturing flaw with balance port, such that JST-XH balance connector from battery cannot be inserted (the connector pins seems to be slightly misaligned) and unit must be returned. I do intend to buy this again, I think the design is solid, but this particular one has assembly error.
So I look forward to replacement; with exception of the manufacturing defect, this seems to be a good and useful tool.

M8 battery charger

Nice charger small size but did not come with a cable and plug for the balance port. With out a way to connect the balance lead there is no way to use the charger.

This ultra small does a nice job, especially the power supply function is very good and handy for the real hobby men/woman. The charger does often reconise the connected battery what is very handy. Just like the high discharge function, if your source battery can take it.
What I do NOT like on it is that you have to calibrate all the voltage lines otherwise you could damage your battery! In may case I really had to adjust it with a good multimeter. I miss a bluetooth connection for easy charging, the small fans are almost loud. But for sure this is a keeper.
