I was pretty dissapointed in this motor. I think I just got a bad one...

It did not run nearly as fast as other brands in the same KV range in my T4.1 stadium truck. Also, I coudl not adjust timing on this motor: the endbell screws can be removed and the endbell screws rotated, but the threads that the screws screwed into stayed in the same spot. I eventually gave up on this motor. Am continuing to use my 5600 KV grey can Turnigy motor instead.

i use this motor with turnigy 60a ESC.
as you know this motor is sensored but ESC sensorless.
im wondering is there any different if i use it anyway?? is there effect on motor or ESC if i use it together??
because when i use it sometimes for the lowest trottle it cant move forward but the pinion spinning uncontrolable.
and for reverse cant do effectively. so sometimes can reverse in a sec but sometimes takes time to reverse.
any advise please share.

This is true 2800 Kv. Using 2S Li-Ion motor speed reaches up to 20400 RPM at nearly 7.4V.
Speed measurement is easy and exact thanks to Hall sensor.
Unfortunately Mach2 is nearly as noisy as brushed motor. I'm going to replace bearings to avoid noise.

I bought this motor along with the turnigy 60amp esc and I have to say this setup works great I have ran it on 2S and 3S in a 1/10 HPI blitz and it kicks a$$. I got tripple the power from the stock 15T brushed motor when running 2S and on 3S the car is almost uncontrolable. I would reccomend this setup to anyone looking for a good cheap step up from their brushed motors.
