Overview

The HobbyKing 1500mAh Transmitter pack fits snuggly into your FrSky Taranis, most Jr, Spektrum or Futaba radios that take an 8 x AA cell battery. With a capacity of 1500mAh this LiFePo4 replacement for your old NiCD or NiMH will last four to five times longer.

Probably the best advantage with a LiFePo4 transmitter battery is that it will give a true voltage reading from start to finish which means you can say goodbye to the days where you thought your Transmitter was fully charged at home, only to find the voltage drop off rapidly when at the field.

LiFEPo4 packs also feature a much lower self discharge rate than the NiCD and NiMH counterparts. With a nominal voltage of 9.9v, LiFePo4 cells are a closer match to the NiMH cells most radios were designed for.

Good if you want a all-round tx battery!
Perfect fit in my Taranis
fits perfectly fine in taranis as described, good battery and the voltage is just right about 9,9V and stays there for long time... Better than LiPo - no need to put in store mode.
Great battery for the Taranis as it goes straight in and works great . Thanks Hobbyking !!!!!!
Brilliant batteries that extend the use of my Taranis 10x. So good I have 2, one on the Tx the other in the Tx case.
First time i tried this battery on my taranis and I literally forget to charge it. Excellent performance and despite the fact I was initially skeptic as it does not hold it's maximum voltage, it manages to keep taranis on for days.
Use for radiolink AT9.
Yet have no special charging for LIFE, charge from B3AC, control the voltage at 11V off.
This battery has served me incredibly well. I've had it installed for the better part of six months and put dozens of hours on it as I learned how to use the Taranis and flew a variety of aircraft. I'm finally charging it today, although my Taranis says it's still strong. Great battery.
I am using this in a walkera devo 10. It fits in the compartment fine, but I had to cut off a plug and solder the correct one on. I knew that when I bought it, though. It holds a charge fine and lasts for hours. Much more reliable than the AA cartridge which the radio came with.
Great TX Battery, used it with a Ftaba 7C and crazy Battery life, definetly th way to go for a TX NiCd or NiMh system upgrade.
