The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. The nanometer conductive additives form ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.
These additives create the ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.

Not impressed compared to my 4 year old 6.0 batteries. Get real hot in 4x4 scHave one of these for about a year, it has swelled a little, but still works ok. Overall decent quality for the price.I'm using this battery on 1/10 TC with 13.5T engines. I bought 4 batteries and are working alwais fine. Low resistance, not inflated and very light. ReccomendedAfter approximately 25 charges on a high end charger this thing puffed up so much that it blew open the hard case. Not recommended..........................................Great batterys, lots of punch. I only wish the connectors were soludered at 90 degrees instead of straight.I have a couple of these and I run them in a lot of different types of trucks. Everything from Slash, Clod, Mad Force, Stampede, etc. with no issues, plenty of power and runtime, no puffing, etc. I have owned them over a year now and won't run anything else.I bought 2 of these batteries and both puffed out after 1-2 charges (one very slightly puffed and another much worse).
My discharge rate is 60A maximum if the ESC was 100pcnt loaded, but with my motor it is probably closer to 40A max. And the battery is specced at 50-100C which is a lot more than what I am drawing. So discharging too fast is not an issue.
And my charger is 5A max so that is not even close to the 8C max that the battery is specced at.
I did read about Turnigy Nano-Tech batteries online shortly after finding out they were puffed and many more people have had the same problem.
I have still used them batteries even if risking fire. So far after 5-10 charges they haven't let the magic smoke out. The hard case will prevent rupturing while in use so I'm hopeful that won't come to pass.Nice Roar App. Pack!! Great discharge rate... Nearly everyone at our local Clubs are running these... Very bad after this short time of using. Reviews are good so hoped for it to last langer, to bad..
