The nano-core technology in lithium-ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. The nanometer conductive additives form ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.

These additives create the ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.

Completely unacceptable for a $65 battery to puff after 3 cycles. Never discharged past 3.7v/cell and stored at 3.85v.

I am going good so far on one original and new one. these are beast and do what they say they will. I had one balloon on me and go bad (eventually would not charge) But, I still bought a replacement. So you have to let the batt cool before you charge at a high C rate. I f you don't then balloons are what you get.

great! 1.5mohm after break in 8 (5 slow cycles). At 3.6v the lipo delivered 5800mah, perfect, less than 20pcnt remaining capacity.

I wanted to go BIG with my new Short Course Truck basher and it doesn't get any bigger than this. As with all Turnigy nano-tech Ultimate Lipo's you're getting low internal resistance battery that really never fades. The included bullet connectors are a nice touch too. I'm running a Reedy Sonic 7.5T (older mach 1) and this battery keeps it going hard for over 25 minutes. Just watch your temps with the long run times.
