I gave it 2 crowns because I received this item with NO nose strut assembly. The main strut assemblies were in one package, that looked like there was no room for the nose strut. HK wants to give me HK credit. I need 3 struts with wheels. I want to use these on a OV-10 Bronco project. I'm waiting for a response from HK on how to resolve the matter. The mains seem to be constructed of strong materials. They are directional. You'll notice it when you roll the struts in your hand. The spring took approx. 9.5 to 10 lbs of force to compress it. The tires are nice with grooves. There are two set screws per leg. I ordered servoless retracts ID 225000018 to go with these struts. They worked ok on the test bench. I plan on using the brake system with the down elevator channel which is suggested in the instructions.
