Incorrect carby fitting

The carby to reed valve fitting is incorrect. There is a gap between these ,the face of the carby is to small for the reed valve block assembly. This alows air to enter and the engine will not idle.
I have made a plate to fit between these that seals the passage.To see this fault you need to remove the cap with the big screw in it .

Very strong, runs well even at running in phase. Easy to adjust .
Could be a little better finished, regarding casting and some flashes. Best buy at this size !

Incomplete after-sales service on dispute declare

Engine incorrectly fitted at the factory, central propeller fixing nut It was loosened on first use which caused the fixing bolts in the propeller plate to break. After complaint we received the front washer and the 4 bolts but not the damaged propeller plate.
So still waiting for the propeller part to be able to use it.

Impossible de régler correctement ce moteur. Si le moteur tourne bien, le lendemain il faut reprendre les réglages. Et même dans la même journée il faut reprendre les réglages. Le moteur est rodé et j'ai mis une bougie de qualité.
Impossible d'utiliser ce moteur sur un avion.

Curious things worth mentioning I've noticed on the new 55CC gas engine I purchased.

First, let me state I just today decided to leave a review, and then coming to Hobby King I found less than two weeks from my invoice date of 10/06/21, for purchase of the 55CC gas engine, it has been discounted by $35.45, it might have been discounted the day after my invoice. I'm disappointed that I was not included in the discount given so soon after my purchase.
Now for the review; I have not ran the engine as yet, I have mounted a PK 22-8 propeller while doing so and noted the propeller bolts run through the hub and without tightening them they make contact with the inner hub where the ignition magnet is installed. Looks like I will have to shorten the propeller bolts by as much as 3mm before I tighten them properly.
Additionally, I notice a "slack" in the piston action. If rotating the propeller with the spark plug and muffler removed, placing a finger lightly on top of the piston for a little resistance, there is a definite click in either direction of rotation, I presume caused by loose clearance of the rod either on the wrist pin or the crank shaft. The bearings feel smooth, but this "click/slack" concerns me. I plan to update this review after successfully running the engine.
If after getting some satisfactory airtime with the engine I will increase the rating I've given.

Started right out off the box.... and running strong with a 22x10 wooden prop...no adjustments so far...change the vakum tube with a longer one,because the original one is to short. With the orignal tube mounted you get a kink in it so the carburettor get no vacum to the fuel pump/membrane on top off the carburettor, therefore fuel starvation of fuel on low rpm/idle. Put in a longer vakum tube with no kinks on and engine runs beatifull! :-)

As you can see with other reviews it won't idle. It has an air leak and I can tell you exactly where. The two engine halves are screwed together and sealant in between. Mine spews fuel from the seam. Runs good as long as you never want to land your plane because is won't idle. So what to do ship it back get another terd. Hmm probably toss it in the junk bin and call it a waste. Should have bought the DLE.

Motor sám nenasaje palivo .Po dodání paliva do karburátoru jde jen ve vysokých otáčkách a dělá si co chce . Absolutně nepoužitelné . Netěsnost sání jsem nezjistil .
Vyměnil jsem i karburátor a je to stejné .
