Why is my motor PINK? All the pictures clearly show RED motors. I bought this motor for a scale project and needed a red anodized motor to match with the other parts. Thanks once again HK.

I am very pleased with this motor. I am running it in a very heavy axial yeti build. It's fairly fast, about 25mph with boost and turbo on 2s 16t pinion. It stays very very cool even on hot days. I know I could get much more speed from it, but it's unnecessary and this set up feels perfect.

Note: I was extremely suprised/impressed when I took it apart to waterproof and found that the sensor board is sealed in acrylic! Huge perk and not mentioned on this page. I wouldn't submerge it, but I feel confident running it in snow/rain.

Can't beat the price. I'll be getting another for my twin hammers build.

This is my first brushless motor and it appears to have very nice build quality and it runs very smooth. With the timing at the stock 15deg. setting the motor runs faster in reverse than foward. When I set the timing to 30deg. the speeds were the same in both directions. I am thinking that the 30deg mark is actually the 0deg point and the 45 deg mark would be plus 15 deg and the 15 deg mark is actually -15deg.

I bought this to use in the 10.5 TC Latemodel class and it has performed flawlessly. Very smooth power delivery and strong. Have it geared to about 140deg. and no fan at the moment and it is right there at the end of the run running strong.
