This range of Turnigy Turbo Spinners have been designed from the outset to allow a high volume of cooling air in via the slots in the tough nylon front molding. This then passes into the motor area through the large holes in the turned aluminum backplate for maximum cooling.
No holes, air scoops or exposed components to spoil the look of your latest pride and joy!

Good spinner to cap off an electric airplane. I used this on my Addiction X airplane and it is a good fit if you don't want to spend for the accessory carbon spinner.. If you want a quality spinner that is light and spins true, this fit the bill.

These will fit the Durafly EFX Racer, with some modification to the backplate. I used the prop adaptor as a guide to drill three holes in the spinner backplate so as to mount it between the motor and prop adaptor, for correct spinner/cowl gap. If done right it's reasonably well balanced. This spinner is more efficient/robust than the original supplied with the EFX kit. This is a well made product, however, do not purchase it if you have no tools or hobby skills to fit it to an aircraft!

This is not a perfect fit, as Peter claims above, for the Durafly EFX Racer. It requires quite a bit of modification such as a bush making etc etc, load of bollocks and another wasted purchase...thanks Peter!

These are a perfect fit for the Durafly EFX Racer. It's reasonably well balanced even at 44400 RPM. This spinner is more efficient than the original supplied with the EFX kit. The Typhoon-EDF 3W brushless motor is spinning a 5" x 4.75" APC electric prop. Motor temp is acceptable (moderately warm) after full throttle running, with ballistic performance. This is a good product that suits many aircraft applications.

Very well built. Didn't have to balance it at all. The motor seems to be running much cooler than before. The only problem I had was that I'm using a 5mm shaft and the center hole is 6mm wide. Nothing that one of those prop adapter rings couldn't solve. Definitely recommend!
