I bought about 4 of these, I must say I was impressed. These props are very well put together. I did have to balance them and yes they were very off. I do expect though for every prop to be off balance. Do not use these unless you have balanced them. enjoy.

Zippy 4400mah 4S 15C fully charged all tests.

Turnigy 14X10 Beachwood A 100.5 oz thrust 45Amps. APC pattern 14X10 85.75 oz thrust 45 Amps. Both props did not require rebalancing which is saying a lot for the wood Turnigy.

A. The tachometer did not work with neon lights so no rpm

B. The battery was fully charged before each test.

C. Each test represented thrust at first takeoff time.

D. The 14X10 Turnigy prop was retested with a not fully charged battery and thrust was 97 ounces.

4 stars because these props, even when balanced, tend to vibrate. Probably there is more pitch on one side or the hole is not perfectly centered. This makes them less suitable for electric power. However, they are excellent for IC engines.

Very well finished prop and good balance right out the box..... but the pitch is more like 8 and not 10 as advertised.

Delivers very similar performance to the 14x8 XR type B prop but at half the price. The actual weight is 37g and the centre hole is a perfectly fitting 8mm.
