Really nice car. Fast, stable, alot better than other MiniZ like models, this is the best MiniZ alternative so far. It is compatible with MiniZ bodies but some work is needed to fit the body right. My video with MiniZ Body https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ru6H74q3Xz0

The quality is not that good.
Mine one was missing a bearing in the front right wheel hub... I finally found a 3x7x2mm bearing locally, installed it, ran car for a short period of time (maybe 10 minutes... not more) and ESC diad... :( it did not die totally, but the car now only goes backward and can't go forward. It seems one of complementary mosfets died in one or in both AO4607 ICs that are used in the ESC... :(

Really nice car for its price. Very stable, fast and durable. Best feature you can use your choice of radio (GT2B, GT3B, GT3C, GTX3 and others). It also support custom parts and bodies. Be advised some grinding and cutting are required to fit Kyosho Bodies but it looks just awesome. Have a look on a video I madet with a nice Subaru Impreza WRX STI from Kyosho MiniZ AWD series. http://youtu.be/Ru6H74q3Xz0

After 112 days (almost 4 months), I've received the TZ4 (MiniQ). I've had bad lucky, because the car came with engine locked (damaged from factory) and I didn't notice. I've tried to run with it, but the car didn't run just the servos.

After a few seconds a smoke came out from the control board, as a resulted by of high current in the electronics, burning the controls forward's FET command. It was necessary to change only the FET (on control board) and a new motor. Probably I've had a bad lucky with a damaged factory car because I had known a car with no problems.

After I changed the FET and motor the car has showed very fast, considering his low price, the highest speed measured was 30 km/h (very good). The TZ4 is not good race car for experts, but is very good car for beginner racer. Testing the car with a race track carpet, the front tires have to much grippy and the car turns very fast on the curve, dificulting adjusts. Racing with this car the engine warms up enough due to four-wheel drive, but is not a problem.

Changing tires for drift, was perfect, but I not recommend to run on pavement, only with a very smooth floor. Another recommendation is using a hard bodie, bacause in case of impact, the original bodie is very weak and can't protect the the weel hub, could be break.

Is it a very good car, cosidering the value, congrats Hobby King!

Awesome little car,I was going to convert it to a brushless system but after giving it a run with the stock setup I'm not going to worry about it unless something fails, the brushed system really flies along and it supports braking which is important, the soft rubber tyres grip to my wooden floor perfectly while zipping around, feels great using a full sized fly sky transmitter which was easy to bind to,seems pretty durable as well my 8yo son accidentally stepped on it after I drove under his feet and it survived unscathed and nearly all the plastic parts on the car are available as steel or aluminium upgrades to toughen it up further, its a great little collectors item.

Awesome little on-road/carpet racers. Worth the money. Despite what the listing says, the stock wheelbase is 94mm. You can adjust it to 98mm and 102mm but you will need to order the right spur gear from the spare parts list.

Great for the price you pay but i wouldn't recommend this one if you are gonna drift, compatible with most mini-z parts. Needs lots of love and work if you are gonna turn this one into a drifter. :P

Totally worth your money! TZ4 is fast and has very responsive steering. I've played it on carpet tracks and really handles well but with tons of steering and needs to be adjusted down for a more smoother ride. Full ball bearings! Gear diff is leaking badly and needs to be rebuilt. Body that comes with the kit is fine but funny looking; will try to fit Mini Z body on it. Over all, car performance exceeded expectations for its price.
