The Turnigy Mega Meter is THE essential tool for electric flight, this easy to use meter will ensure that any power train is optimised before use, it is able to not only give you watts/amps/voltage figures but the in-built optical tacho can also give you RPM figures in an instant, combine these features with the in-built Thrust Calc and you have total peace of mind that your model will perform before it get's into the air, no more guesswork!

Give erroneous voltage and amps reading . Gets about 0.5V below what the battery actually is. I used it with a digital lipo charging at 1 amp and it's telling me 0.7 amps. If you measure the same battery, you get different value using the battery checker mode and the watt meter mode, even though it's the same battery under no load.

Servo Tester dead out of the box. Didn't even bother checking the other functions as that was one of the main selling points for me. Just filled out an RMA, I'll be sending it back.

Get something a little more specific for what you want or just get the individual components. Too much to go wrong with this little guy as myself and several others here have mentioned.

The concept of this device is nice. I have some issues with some of the readings. One of the most concerning is the internal resistance readings. This is one of the few meters that offer this reading. I compared the readings of this meter with two other meters. This meter reads 10x that the other meters read. I suspect a decimal point is missing based on the reading. Resistance is also misspelled. I like my test equipment to be accurate and I want to get the feeling that it was engineered and produced with precision and attention to detail. This meter lacks some of those qualities.

The IR reading is then only useful for comparison of a battery to itself over time. Presumably, if the reading is increasing, the battery is less efficient.

Great Battery Meter, has cell diferntial percentage that is very helpful in showing how degraded the cells are becoming. The Tachometer function works great. So many great features in such a small package.

bought for IR measurement, but it meassures only one cell at a time, so I returned it.

Servo tester didn't work right out of the box. I hear a s**ght buzz so I know it's getting juice. My other two servo testers work fine so I know the servo's are good. The temp sensor seems to work good. A real let down for $35... Save your money on this one.

You Cannot use the Watt Meter function and the Servo Tester function at the same time. I though I would be able to connect my ESC to the Output, and the Servo port and use only this device to test. Incorrect! If you want to read Watts, you must connect the signal wire of your ESC to a Separate servo tester, or a receiver, in order to spin up the motor.

Works fine and great value for money. I've seen the same thing (Branded slightly differently) at 40 in the UK.
