Does what its suposed to and very quiet.this is the replacement for the 1/16 car is the original oneIf you're looking for servos for your SSG (super simple gimbal) forget these ones. In other applications I believe they perform well. But not for SSG. They'll make your camera constantly shaking. And believe me it's so annoying to see shaking videos ;-)Great servo good for high load surfaces!!!! Great!!!No nonsense little servo. Great.quite resistant. I recommend 100pcntI used this as a substitution to HS-81I bought these to replace some old Kraft mini servos from the '80's
These are an exact size match - no surgery in the old glider required.
Great performance - quick, accurate, no hunting. Need only a slight break in to smooth the gears. Great value.
Only surprise is the large diameter shaft / spline. Suggests robust gear train. However: the supplied servo arms are very big - as if for full size standard servos - that suggests that if one used these long arms on such small servos, the risk of stripping gears would be well above normal. Trim the arms or find replacements.
Recommendation: Do not use the supplied arms at full radius - longest is 20mm. That's too long a moment for a mini servo and is just asking for stripped gears; besides which, they probably won't fit inside the small model these servos would be bought for.
Bought as replacements for aileron servos on a Eflite Apprentice. Nice and beefy and excellent value!!
