From receiver to flight stabilizer or flight controller. When SBUS is not an option and you need to connect PPM a short distance.
For me I have a fixed wing flight controller with nice features like RTB. To use this sweet device I need 6 PPM female female cables. Throttle ailerons elevator rudder control 1 and 2. These make a nice small harness in the equipment bay on my aircraft

These female to female extensions are essential kit in any modeller's parts box.
Necessary for connecting stabilisers to receivers, and a buddy-box receiver switch to the two receivers.
These ones are well-made and do fit the majority of male servo ends.
