This is the standard replacement flex-shaft set for the Surge Crusher. It's packaged as a Joysway part but without any product code. Wish HK can get their act together and give at least the model of the boat that this fits in.

Shaft arrived in a reasonable amount of time - China > Arizona.

Although it was in a sealed plastic bag the soldered on prop end was coated with rust. A little oil or grease would have prevented this. There was a small amount of grease on the flex shaft. The teflon tube was crimped on one end.

I will still be able to use it once it is cleaned up.

I bought one set, nice packed in bag, Joysway brand acc. label.
Found minus that it was a bit rosty on shaft. Shaft is 5mm diam, ready for Drive Dog, flex and shaft are soldered together, looks solid - see later in boat. For that price great deal, thanks Hobbyking.

5mm diameter shaft set...not suited with my motor..so big..hehe..wrong ordered..my bad..hehe

Here is my review. I never purchased this product because it was never in stock but there is already 3 phony 4 & 5 crown reviews posted so I posted a 1 crown review to cancel out those. This review system is a joke.

same as always every thing is back ordered i have been waiting since sept 15 for my props and still have not seen any parts yet , come on hobbyking,, i dont know how you all stay in bussiness.

I planed to use as a spare part for my surge crusher due to it look like strongly than other local part now. However, I'm not sure when part will arrival to Hobbyking store because long time it was backorder
