The Voltigeur is a well-known performer and we've just taken it to the next level. Flying the Voltigeur is a dream, using the recommended 3S Lipo battery for aerobatics and sports flying it handles like a trainer, docile and extremely predictable, But it morphs into a 3D beast with that very same 3s battery. Everything from rolling circles, waterfalls, inverted harriers and blenders, nothing will stop the Voltigeur.
We have improved the motor design to provide more power (1900g thrust), better efficiency and cooler running (5% lower temp). To help with the extremes of 3D flying the servo arms have been beefed up and the landing gear has been improved with carbon fiber legs. No more applying stickers as they are factory fitted too. There is even a bigger, better ESC access hole for more airflow.
The Voltigeur is a true aerobatic performer and extreme 3D flying machine. Construction is from lightweight EPO foam and features large control surfaces coupled with masses of power. Perfectly balanced with a mid-mounted full symmetrical wing, large battery compartment, composite glass fiber wing tube, metal gear high-speed servos all round and all electronics pre-installed. Orientation is not a problem with the highly visible and unique color scheme.

Got this one out of the box and am really pleased with its material and construction quality , all it needed was a few minor points of attention to the applied decals with a covering iron and hey presto one good looking plane .
The foam density and exterior smooth finish is very good and assembly is also very easy , when the UK weather improves I will begin test flights with it and update this report .It has to be one of the most easy an fast building ever. The quality seems very good. Starting to put it toghether.Arrived 3 days after ordering so super quick delivery and packed so well with no damage. No instructions, its a rather simple build and took about an hour to build with most of that waiting for epoxy to dry. Although I thought little things could have been better, like improved clevis', decals that weren't really holding firm, magnet on the cowling had to be re-glued; I had to remember what I had paid for it and all of these little issues would still be a simple and very cheap upgrade if I chose to do it down the track..... Left the supplied ESC and decided to fly it on 3S and see from there. So just back from its maiden flight.......well it was damn good. I had to adjust trim on the elevator 2 clicks and that was it, it flew straight, level and true. Its predictable and solid in the air, and quiet too. It responded better as you would expect with the larger throws and it hovered with ease, so the motor, prop combo for me work just fine on 3S. I run 2200 Graphene 45c and so for the first flight I did a mix of general flying and hovering/acro with the timer set to 4.5 mins and came down with 3.99 per cell. Next battery changed my flying to more hovering and acro and just before 4mins landed and checked and it was 3.76per cell will probably upgrade the ESC for no other reason other than I want to, as I'm not going to bother running 4S, the 3S setup works just fine for me but I think if I was someone who flies very low in acro the 4S will have more ticker to pull you out if you need to, but that being said the 3S was fine just a little less vertically reactive. Landing was a breeze on the grass and with the carbon legs, no bending. Overall I'm really happy with it, so thumbs up.Never have I received a plane boxed and packed as perfectly as this one. Congratulations!!
But there are a few things that can be improved:
Had to drill up the holes in the wheel pants and servo horns to size.
The Magnets for the motor cowling came off and even after re-glueing wouldn't latch on. Lack of precision.
The prop is easily balanced but the adaptor ring was useless. Lucky I had a spare one.
The aileron servo leads are too short and I had to add extensions.
Decals are fitted untidy and come off everywhere already. So does the visor of the pilot. I'd rather fit the decals myself and I can varnish the plane first.
Servos not properly be centred. Aileron linkages needed of course adjusting too, but they were CAed and very hard to loosen.
The motor and prop run sweet. The linkages and servos are above average. Nice to have a carbon landing gear, that's great!
She flies OK but for a "thrill" she will need to fly on 4 s. Will need a smaller prop and I hope the motor will cope.
Altogether the Voltigeur is not bad but there is room for improvement and she's a bit pricey. I have just seen the Zazzy. Cheaper and better quality.I get mine Voltigeue MKII yesterday, this afternoon I finished.

I replaced the spinner, just too little in my opinion, with one 57mm diameter and lighter wells.
Just gor my joke, I add some extra vinyl cuted adesive labels I got arrond the workbench.
Off course the delivered acessory are nice too.
