    Love those Tamiya weathering master sets.
    Very nice for weathering your models, very easy to use. I do not only use the brush/pad, coming with the set, but also normal brush and cotton buds.
    The substance is a kind of "powder", can also dillute it in a little bit of water, paint, clear paint, even glue before using.
    Easy to use anyway and highly recommended, price is perfect at Hobbyking!
