The X-CAM Vibration Detector is an invaluable tool in refining your set-up and identifying problems. It is a small standalone sensor that can be put almost anywhere to record 3 axis’s of vibration, from things like the bottom of a camera gimbal to compare isolation mounts or a motor mount to see how your prop and bearings are in flight versus just static. The recording can be activated via a RC channel or manually. And the best part is the data is retrieved with the included USB adapter, and displayed on an intuitive user interface with Frequency or Time domain charts. The software can even be sequenced and overlaid with your video to see what and how things effect vibration such as flutter analyses.
