Description

The X-Dart RTF micro Quad-Copter is crazy value and even crazier fun!

Challenge your friends to a flying obstacle course around the living room and through Grandmas fine China!! You know you hated it anyway, just blame it on the cat.

The X-Dart has several “rate modes” that change how sensitive the controls are so anyone, from beginners to pros can have fun. It even has a flip mode for showing off some flying skills. Everything you need to get airborne is in the box except the infamous “AAA” batteries. Just borrow them from Grandmas TV remote, she doesn’t need the volume any louder anyway. The price makes this the perfect gift or guilt free self-indulgence.

Included:
X-Dart Micro Quad Copter x 1
2.4Ghz (mode 2) Transmitter x 1
USB charger x 1
LiPoly Battery x 1
Spare Propellers x 4
Manual

Required:
AAA batteries x 6

*Note: Be sure to read the user manual and perform the auto-calibration procedure before flying.

This is the best flying micro quad I have bought!
Plenty of power, adjustable rates for speed, decent flight times durable nature.

One thing I am not sure how I feel about: The plastic body is the frame, and if one side cracks, the rigidity drops. If both sides crack, nothing supports the motors. Also, if you remove or cut into the frame to mount a camera directly onto the board, the structural rigidity drops (this is a shame because with the power and stability of this quad would be perfect for fpv.) Also removing the plastic on other frames saves a lot of weight. If only they made a stripped down version like the Proto X is to the cheerson cx10. Both great quads, however the proto x is so much faster!

Really stable once set up right. The plastic on mine seems robust and has withstood some hard landings - put the prop protectors on before you fly, though! The beginner mode is the softest I have ever flown. Good weight carrying capacity- mine still flies good with 8-9g extra (micro fpv cam, tx and battery) Tx quality is fine and the thing is very responsive. A definite must have for wannabe quad flyers - learn to fly this first! Better than a simulator and kids will love it - it does flips!!!

This is my second quad and this little thing flys! It's really fast and easy to fly. I don't know why other people are whinging. It cost $20! I did drop it one star though because the postage weight is so high it costs a ton in postage. Is a great stable flyer for outdoors. Easy to see in the air for its size. Handles light winds ok and really rips like a rocket at full throttle. Turns sharp and pulls up quickly. A lot of fun, I highly recommend it. If you crash hard the frame will crack but some careful superglue placement will not add much weight. Also the props do break but you get spares. When they break I guess you find something that fits. I've only broken one when I gave it to a beginner to try.

You really can't beat this little quad for the price. Great for racing around the office or just taking a fun break from work.

Love it! My kid on 4 have been using it for 3 days (crashing into trees, etc.) and still no issue with it. However, spare parts seems to ble slow on restock.
Beside that, love it!

Great little quadcopter!I've been flying mine for a couple of months now with no issues whatsoever,I've crashed it countless times dropped it out of the sky onto a tar road with no damage whatsoever, chased the cat around the house with it,its perfect for first time flyers the gyros work well enougt to throw it into the air and take off and the throttle can be set to 20pcnt at the push of a button on the controller making it easy to learn with. The battery life can be quite short but extra batteries can be purchased for a couple of dollars each, just remember that the included charger is really just a straight 5v provided by any USB port so any battery being charged with it must have its own charge protection module or it will overcharge to 5v.At $20 you really can't go wrong with this Hobbyking even sell spare parts for it.

This is my first quadcopter and I'm ipressed on how easy it is to fly.
And with the 20pcnt speed, 60pcnt speed and expert mode option it's easy for a novice like myself to fly it.
I especially love the Auto flip button, really fun!
Build quality is good, crashed it several times but it still works.

My first quad. Flies better than I expected. I've crashed a bunch of times but nothing has broken or come off. I'm hooked on quads now. Bought a proto X and this flies better, waaay better. Highly recommended as a first quad. If you can't fly this little thing, you can't fly. Take up knitting instead.

Very easy to fly! Even though it touched things often already, nothing broken until now because of its stability.
My daughter (10y)likes to fly it out- and indoors. I have to buy another one for her birthday. It`s a "must have" !
