Are you tired of seeing the same planes at your local club?
The X43A is a very unusual NASA hypersonic test jet rc model, equipped with a strong 64mm EDF power system and 30A ESC combined with the unusual aerodynamic shape of the X43A and you will soon be screaming through the sky leaving onlookers wondering. All the servos are pre-installed and you just need to include 3S battery and your own receiver to put it through a test flight.

Certainly a conversation starter at any club or flying field.

My flight video can be found under: RC Scramjet x-43 on youtube
It flies great but it`s tricky to see the angle of the plane have put some yellow stripes on the bottom, also put some strong packing tape on the edf bottom if you land it without gear

Flew it for the first time, grass was too long so i hand launched it,,it flew like a trainer, maintained level flight at 1/2 throttle, loops and rolls like a pattern plane.

Great low speed handling for landing. I will put daryglow orange stickers on the fins and bottom. In some flight attitudes it looks like a thin black line in the sky!!!

I had my maiden flight and it was quite dificult to see if the plane is flying upwards or downwards. I flew it without gear and landed it on the bottom, needs to be strenght. It flys quick and looks very nice in the sky but it is tricky to recognise the planes angle. lands nice and quick. I`m thinking about a better EDF Motor

nice finish, easy to assemble HOWEVER very difficult to fly - hard to control, EDF to weak, easy stall but - I must admit - lands nice and quick. Not recommended for beginner pilot.

This plane arrived quickly and was delivered without damage. It flies nicely for the most part, however not recommended as a first edf plane. One important thing to note is that it easily stalls during turns and is very hard to recover from stalls. Make sure than when turning you keep the speed up. It is quite durable, however, and on a bad crash into the ground (because of stalling) only the nose broke off, which is easily repaired.

Got mine in a couple days ago, put it together and flew my maiden today.

I had the servo throws waaaay too far. It was extremely uncontrollable and I flew it into the ground. It was my first time flying a delta wing, and it was the first time using my transmitter, so it was actually my fault for not taking it easy on the servo throws.

Before flight I painted the underside a different color (strongly recommended).
