Bought this to run in a Losi mini 8ight. Thought it would be a little faster than the stock motor being rated 100kv more and the same size. Used the same stock gearing that came with the car. I got a 18 min run time on a 2200mAh turnigy battery. The performance was lack luster as the stock motor had more torque and RPM's. Over all the quality of the motor was good for the price but what comes with the car is better.

I used it on a 4:1 gear box designed for a 24mm motor, and it turned a 10x4.7sf well, this motor is very strong. I never used it, so that's all the info I have. Heat can be used to make it easier to position brass gears on the shaft.
