    Installed in a small boat for the grandson, upgrade from bush motor on nicads.

    Powerful little motor. It's stronger than most 540 brushed motors. If you're looking to replace a 540 brushed motor with something more compact and a little more punch, this is it. I did not test it with 3s, so there may be even MORE power to unlock from this motor.
    Try using a Turnigy Marine 35A Brushless Boat ESC for speed control.
    It will turn a 35mm prop on a M4 driveshaft with no problems.
