Ordered 5 packs. 4 arrived at storage voltage with good IR values (below 2 mohms). 1 arrived with all cells well below storage voltage (about 3.2volts) and all cells had IR values between 4 and 5 mohms. I filed a claim and was told to sent pics. and video. Hobbyking said all numbers were acceptable, and no warranty would be applied. I even cycled the pack and the numbers did not improve.

I've used these successfully as 2x5s F3A packs for a while now, with good results.
Unfortunately this time, one of the (2X5s) packs shows higher than normal IRs straight away, more than 3.5 mOhm per cell, when usually they are 2 or there abouts.
I'm sure that this pack will not last long---normally I get 100 or so usable competition type flights per pack, with more for gentler trimming flights---but this one I doubt will do more than a handful of cycles.
