I have 4 of these.... they are the worst. Do not waster your money. Get RHINO packs, they rock.

brought a couple when it was on flash sale that time.

price was juz too irresistable. however, sad to noe it doesnt come with label as show in pic.

they used marker to label some wording on it instead. an the ink smudged, dirtying the nice white heat shrink.

You can get better liPo for this money. Capacity overrated, using in my TX.

This battery performs ok, but I bought a Rhino 2150 20 C the same date for comparison. Even though the Rhino is only half the price, its voltage under load is noticeably better. Also I found the Zippy's true capacity is only around 1800mah, while the Rhino is spot on. So I recommend buy a Rhino, save money and get the better battery.

Battery works just as advertised. Flies my phase 3 f-16 perfectly fine. Capacity is exactly as rated.

These packs are still working well after over 50 cycles. I use them on everything-my Trex 450 Helicopter, my Tamiya Wild Dagger(yes the stock Mabuchi/Johnson RS540SH motors work very well at 11.1v unlike what many others would want you to believe-they're drill motors that last up to 12v). It cost half the price of more expensive packs but are worth every cent. Doubtless Korean quality comparable to my Polyquest batts.

Zippy-R 2000 21C

Jan 26, 2009

Worked well for the first 15 charges, but degraded quickly. I did a comparison of two similar batteries from this site.

Zippy R 2000 21C vs. Rhino 2150 20C

Measured on my MegaPower infinity III

5 cycles at .5C charge/discharge

Rhino 2150

2190mAh avg

0.079 ohms

20A x .079ohms = 1.6V drop

Zippy R 2000

1920mAh avg

0.201 ohms

20A x .201ohms = 4.02V drop

The reason it got 3 stars:

Thick padding under the heat shrink, causing clearance issues and cooling issues. Also the resistance of the pack. It's about the worst of any of my batteries, including a 700mAh 3S pack I've had for 3 years.
