Got two pairs of those wheels.
-They came preglued of a good quality(no glue marks on wheels, just few hardly seen glue drops on tyre). Bad thing - out of 4 wheels i got, neither has a similar weight. 1- 121g, 2-118g, 3-115g ,4-119g.
-Wheels: are flexible/ Looks like nylon, but cant tell for sure without boiling test. There is 2 holes on the inside surface 2mm dia to collect dust. Those are to be definitely closed with silicone or smthg. Seems in mold around hex slot(doesn't interfere with wheel mounting in the car)
-Foam insert: terrible open cell foam which will absorb all water it can get (if you will leave that holes in wheels open)and make your wheel unbalanced - throw away item.
-Tyres:of a good quality. I find it strength similar to C2 of Pro Line. Let it call soft... Good grip. This is definately a gem in this deal.

Overall - perfect buy for bashing and training(if you protect foam by closing holes in wheels). For competition - look somewhere else.

Cracks starts to appear after a few rounds of bashing hard. buyers beware.
