Wow this is a powerful little engine. much more power than os15. I use 9x4 prop.
A little too noisy but I replaced the muffler with Os extra long muffler which comes with os15. very reliable never quits. good for anything between 900g to 1300g
excelente, lo tengo en un ugly pequeo y este motor da un excelente vuelo, no se apaga es facil de carburar, recomendado!!My last review of this engine's been very happy with them i test flew my b-17 last weakend with all 4 of these going it was 77db which is very loud all on 8/6 props the model weighs 14.5 pounds and it tool off in about 40 feet which i was very impressed with. when i landed it i tuned the engines a bit more so now they all pick up together and with all 4 running they are within 50 rpm of each other. my review which i said where they were all diffrent was my fault i was using some old 5pcnt nitro which wasn't all that good i am using the hobbyking number 5 which are the same as the o.s no8 all the engine start very well and give me around 7 mins flying time. if i can find a good camera man up the common i will post a vid of it flying but thank you hobbyking for a great engine at a god price i have just brought the asp 90 4 stroke so keep an eye out for my reviews on that soonGot the motor and set it up on the test bench but didn't notice fuel syphoning into the carb. Tried to run it up with my starter and Bam- it locked up so hard I could barely move the prop. Felt like sand in the chamber. Kiss that $40 bucks goodbye. I loaded it up with some Mobil I and let it sit for a while. After an hour I was able to flip the prop but it still felt a bit "sandy" and let it sit awhile more and it recovered. Started it up and it ran like nobodys business. Who says ASP Engines aren't built well. Thanks HK&ASPi just brought 2 more and got them yesterday i have 3 all together at the moment for a b-17 i am working on. i have fitted them tonight and i will do a test run with them tomorrow and run them in but at the moment very pleased i would have to say i can't really tell the difference between this and the sc 25 engine. as the quality is that good. i am also using the hobbyking number 5 which are the same as the o.s no.8 glow plugsI brought this engine last weak and it came 2 days later. i brought this engine to try it out as i have a model b-17 which i will need 4 of these bad boys. i am very pleased at the overall quality of the engine feels strong and firm. when i put it in a high winged model to try it out i realised that the engine needed a lot of running in as it is very tight and squeaky at the compression. I used 10pcnt nitro in this and i have the engine mounted inverted on my model but i was very impressed when i first ran it up it started first time on a finger start it needed a little adjusting at the bottom end but that's expected from a new engine. when i had it running full throttle i was very in pressed of the thrust it gave on a 8x6 and also very efficient as it lasted 10 mins on full throttle on a 4oz tank. NOW THE BAD BIT when i was just checking the model over the over night i took the carb of to check i had no dust in it and when i took it out i was horrified that their was a massive hole on the case of the carb where you tighten the little nut up it had gone through the side of the carb. which at further inspection i found out it was very fragile.

Bons voos!Esse motor incrvel, foi uma tima compra, para avies pequenos, mas nada melhor que ouviu o barulho desse motor!Fear not ! This engine goes HARD. Have this in my Tucker Special control line plane with 60 foot lines and pulled hard. Very impressive for its size. Fine tuning is a bit touchy because its still new but predictable when its tuned. Will not hesitate to purchase again.I have been using one of these as a C/L engine on my flite streak.Gets around the ring nicely with a 9-6.
