make sure you have enough clearance to fit the remote needle valve between the engine and the firewall! I didn't look, now I can't use this motor. it is too tight of a fit. My old Enya engine from the '80s needed to be replaced and I wanted to get my fingers farther away from the prop when tuning so I thought that the remote needle valve would be a good idea .. oh well ..

Excellent engine. Just before brake in (two tanks) I mounted it in a MiniPiper J3, 1,100mm and flow perfectly. No low needle ajustment was needed. I really sugest this engine.

I use these ASP engines in all my combat 1/12th scale planes. They run perfect. I also have OS FX engines and can't tell the diffence between the two. For the price and quality these are the perfect for combat.

Bought this little engine for a .25 size combat Spitfire. It arrived with no damage and was spotless inside the backplate. Mounted it to my test bench and she started with just a few flips of the prop. After break in this little engine has been extremely reliable and easy to start! For the price, you just can't beat the performance. This engine RIPS my spitfire through the sky with unlimited vertical. I can't say enough about these engines! Thanks HK!

This engine is awesome. I would prefer to pick w/remote needle. No regret to pick this one. I use 9x5 for the propeller. 0 nitro, 1L castorplus 4L methanol, with OS F plug, it revs happily....love it.
