I finally got it to connect to my cellphone. Thanks to the user Andy_G on his post gave me some idea how to trouble shoot why it not connecting.The only thing I got left is how to get the Reverse option to work.
Anyone who is having problem connecting to cells Wifi I can show I got my to connect, It may work for you or it may not work.

Doesn't Work

I can connect to it via wifi, but it does not communicate with any Aerostar speed controller I have (30,40 or 50 Amp). Basically, it just doesn't work. Fun idea, but save your pennies.

Aerostar 100A,130A and WiFi Module.
I can not get the App to setup to the WiFi. My phone is connected to my home wifi.
But on the App's menu(wiri Settings) it Asking for Name, Password, Confirm Password.
I try so many different way. All I get is WiFi module not connected.I need help Pls.

Habe ich heute bekommen, lasst die Finger davon. Lässt sich nicht Binden die rote LED leuchtet beim anstecken auch nicht auf, habe es etliche mal versucht. Muss ich mit, hab ich mal versuch und hat nicht funktioniert, erklären. Warum benützt man nicht die bewerten Programmiergeräte kosten nicht mehr und man braucht kein Smartphone. Früher war nicht alles besser aber einfacher, schade um die 18€ ich werde sie verschmerzen. Einfach nur Schrott

Finally no fidling with counting beeps and looking one single LED indicator, no messing with cards. It just works, instructions are OK, I hope Hobbyking / Turnigy / Trackstar will have this option for all ESCs. The only reason for 4 stars overall is because all versions of apps are started in Chinese (I think) which makes it quite tricky to find an option where to change the language to English.
