These hinges are fantastic for smaller models. I cut them in half so I double the number I have - never had an issue yet. For foamies, the foam would tear away before these got pulled out.

Very easy to work with, and great for micro sized airplanes. Cut one strip into 3 pieces for micro sized airplane hinges to ensure that the hinge is not too stiff.
