i have had 3 orders done the same way it was well over 5 weeks before they contacted me . i bought many rolls that after it went to the ware house they contacted me and said 5 rolls i ordered was out of stock then they cancelled the back ordered items i had 10 rolls ordered and the sent the order out with 4 rolls . the thing is i ordered these while on sale then they credited me for the 5.00 rolls the amazingly the exact same item showed up in stock with a different item number but they would not sell me those at the sale price . another thing is when they credited me the 73.00 dollars when i ordered the next time i could not use the refunded credits for the shipping and had to pay shipping with pay pal . their policies are very misleading . and are crooked in their business actions very very mad about this .
