A fantastic slow flyer and great for carrying light FPV. Handles light winds really well and a stabilizer receiver will tame it in heavier winds. Landing is a pleasure at its walking pace. An 1800mah 2S battery needs to be pushed all the way forward in the mount else it will be tail heavy.

Don't buy this product. The one I received was missing many parts. Based on the fact that the box was sealed when I received it, this may be a factory issue. Not something I wanted to deal with as this was a Xmas present for a friend.

Surprisingly responsive and a great little flier. Handled wind well, and in a stiff headwind...practically floated in for a landing. This will be a fun flier down the line...I recommend it. My only issue is that the elevator control road is borderline length, and is at the very end of it's length. Could have been just a few silly mm's longer for a more secure connection.

Got this little gem a couple of weeks ago and flew it for the first time two day ago. I'm just a beginner having only been flying for about a year now and due to were i live I'm not in any flying club, so I'm self taught. I was nervous at first as the instructions did not give a CG (Centre of Gravity). i had read a saying somewhere that a nose heavy plane will fly badly but a tail heavy plane will not fly at all. So with that in mind i positioned the battery as far forward as possible.

Took off great on rough ground, no flying fields here just acreage, flew beautifully, able to fly at very low speed and in saying that it glides perfectly. I have an E-flite apprentice 15e that i fly all the time and this would be my second favorite after the Apprentice. I did not try any stunts like loops or barrel rolls but just did lazy figure 8's and slow/gliding fly pasts.

Great little plane and i would recommend it to anybody from beginner on up. If i had to make any criticisms it would be that the propeller is a bit confusing to get on, as the instructions are not very clear and i had to make some small cuts in a plastic cover that sits over the receiver so the antennas can protrude. When it comes to fitting the propeller, just do a YouTube search for this plane and the results will show how its fitted (I've done that with all the planes i own, so that i assemble them correctly).

Reus rapidement et en excellent tat.
Mont facilement (tout est fourni).
Vole Trs bien en lipo 3S.
Je l'utilise pour le FPV car le cockpit donne une impression parfaite dtre dans un vrai.

Since my last review disappeared...

Packed well, arrived ok. It got despatched and made it to the melbourne depot the day after I ordered it. Took a bit longer to make it to the west coast, but hey, that's western Australia for you.

No problems putting it together. The supplied glue is a bit of a fail, I ended up using a bit of hot glue to tack it all together, with a bit more on the control horn attachments just to be sure. I also used glue on the supplied self adhesive velcro, as the adhesive failed after about 37 seconds.

Flight was ok, but i would suggest using a 1200 mah 2s lipo, it seems to want a bit more weight on the nose. No nasty tendencies, no early stalling (with a touch extra weight in the nose), and survives hard turns without much lost altitude. Large wheels land and take off from grass, sand etc. no problems.

Love it, it looks great. I'll happily recommend it.

Got out to maiden my Drifter this morning.

Great little model, can fly nice and slow so perfect for the football field near my place. Not to good in the wind when it picked up but I also think this plane may be a little tail heavy.

Floats well and very easy to land.

Going to be a good photo platform and night flyer.

Went to together very well,but I did need to re-solder the motor wire plugs but that was easy.

Just great cursing around, and it looks to be bang on with this pack fully forward for CG: Turnigy 1500mAh 2S 25C 88g

I would recommended it to newbees as well.

It all worked out fine. The small glitch at the beginning of the process has been taken care of. My plane arrived today and it was in good shape. Everything was packaged well and after a short time I found that it all worked fine. Everything went together well, even though the instructions are really bad. I found a few parts when I was done and decided they went in places that were not in the instructions. I hope the maiden flight tomorrow night is as good.

so far, not a good experience. Ordered the plane and few other things on a Friday morning. Monies were taken from my account, at that time. It never showed paid until I asked on Monday evening. Now, two days later, it shows that the order was picked. I wonder when or if it will ship. I also order something from another company on Saturday evening and received it on Wed. HMMMMMM

ich mag das Flugzeug, der Bau hat eine Stunde gedauert, Allerdings stimmt der Schwerpunkt erst, wenn man ca 15 Gramm vorne hineinpackt.

Mir gefllt das Flugverhalten und das Handling, macht Spa
