The tail wheel linkage system needs a bit of strengthening before the tail feathers are glued in. Also the control horns need some some wider backing as the foam crushes in on them. Also they can easily fly away in stronger wings as they are a real floater.

this lovely aircraft flies really well, i have customised mine with a WW1 gun and a modified scoop, very happy, needs a little nose weight but that is only minor, i would recommend this to anyone.

Nice Plane but noses over

Very Nice plane . slow flyer but can also hustle. I got it on sale and the rear landing gear secure bolt fittings were missing. I just fixed it . I still have only managed to land maybe 2 out of 10 without the plane nosing over on grass. Nicely made and I would buy another if they go on sale again. I would say at AUD$150 every home should have one. at $250 there are better planes

Update after much use

Two things to add to my original review, having had the benefit of quite a few more flights.
Firstly, the undercarriage is fragile. Ideally I would suggest adding a layer of light glass cloth to the reverse side of the undercarriage mounting plate to reinforce it before it cracks. Also use larger screws on the fitting that holds in the undercarriage wire, watched the undercarriage drop off a slowpoke in mid air because the screws had pulled through the plastic. Then buy some E-Flite timber wheels and use these instead of the very hard rubber wheels supplied which do nothing to absorb landing shocks and just transfer the forces through to the mount.
Second, I managed to strip a tooth off the rudder servo gears, the tailwheel puts too much strain on the servo gears, replaced the rudder and elevator servos with some metal geared analogue ones.
Apart from that it flies well, does basic aerobatics, is quite forgiving and the draggy design means it slows down well when the throttled down so can land in a small area if necessary.
