No fraying, the flex fit finally gave way to my head size after a bit but still remains firm, and the edges of the cap have not curled up like others like this I have had. Just a really nice looking and well put together hat. Plus I really like the strong brim as well.

I am always loosing hats, so I never pay a lot for any hat, but I would have paid more than I did (not full price...but....more) as these are really nice quality hats and they fit my little head great!!

Very good quality hat and extra small fit my 11 year old son fine
