Quality is great but mine didn't come with the back plate mount...which was a pain, lucky my old one was still good but it didn't fit on new motor...on discovery I found the new motor had a larger shaft end. I had to file down the whole end of the shaft to get it to fit. It works fine now that I fixed it but I shouldn't of had to if it had came with the plate as pictured so 4 stars because of that. Otherwise its good product, prob just mine was missing its plate!
