These EC3 connectors will work, however the bullet connectors are already locked into the housing so you MUST use heat-shrink wrapping which you will have to purchase separately. 7/64" diameter wrapping will work fine on these. In my opinion these can be a little trickier to solder unless you're used to soldering XT60s which are similar to these.

Once I discovered you can push the pins out of these connectors for soldering and then re seat them they have been my go to.. Great !

As far as I'm concerned, these are better than stock EC3s. Of all items on HK, these are my favorite - deserve more than 5 crowns. No fitting problems when hooking these up with stock EC3 connectors. But do not apply excess heat when soldering - only minimal heat necessary. If you put too much heat, they will melt.

The rear side is very bother for soldering. I don't understand why they did it. I'm using the standart EC3 without the "rear side cut" without problem.

With this "read side cut" you MUST use shrink

This is your basic EC3 connector. I can't see any difference from an "original" to this so for the price I recommend people buy this for the price.

they work fine,just make sure to have solder on the tip of your solder iron before you touch to bottom of pin,s. that way solder melts instantly easy!
