good product with some reinforcement , the bad side is : this thing should work with small engines , and where the engine should be anchored by screws the plastic layer is too much, it would be perfect if it was less ticker

The fan blades for this need to be 55mm, the actual housing is 58mm, and the rolled edge of the intake lip is 70mm outside diameter, there are 3legs on it and not 4 as shown in the picture, 1 leg is hollow for the motor wires, I intended to use it as a motor mount for a pusher but the 58mm is too wide, so back to the drawing board for me.

4 stars just for safety. Received 2 of these and one had a few imperfections, but could easly be fixed with an exacto knife. The other one is perfect. Mine have only 3 spokes. I like the one hollow spoke. The three motor wires fit tight, but neatly through. Out of the way and it look much better than open wires. Have not run it, but I foresee no problem. Well made.

Really thick hard plastic. Seems stronger then the fan unit it is replacing. Mine is differnt then the one pictured, mine only has two mounting points. The mounting tab is really thick and I need to find longer screws to mount my EDF.

This is an OLD and obsolete version fan housing.
Current versions a have a tube for motor wire exit.

Good EDF housing. No need to worry about the exiting wires from the motor with this EDF Housing. I prefre these units. With the GWS units I have, I had to cut holes to allow for the exiting wires of motor.

Odd fan unit but works with motors that dont ahve a standoff, also had hole pattern than accepted larger screws than most.

seems nice and round also
