This kit came in decent condition for its cost and it definitely looks nice but the instruction manual was terrible and many parts that are shown in the manual are drastically different in the package. The first issue I had is with the fasteners that came with the plane not matching what the manual shows. In the manual they show thumb screws for the wings but what I got were basic hex screws that require a hex wrench to attach which is really inconvenient. The finishing prior to covering the plane could have been much better but its not bad enough to cause aerodynamic issues. The other issue is with the servo holes, they are not sized for standard micro servos and I had to modify them significantly. This was not a huge issue though. The major issue and the one that really knocks a whole star off by itself was the joke that they included for the tail wheel. The wheel looks like it was not even designed for this plane and someone just through it in the kit to leave us to figure it out. It is rather large for such a small model and there is no easy way to mount it. I had to drill a hole through the bottom of the tail to attach it but in the end it just required too much material removal and I filled the hole and replaced the whole assembly with something different from the LHS. The manual didn't even have instructions on how to attach the tail gear or even a picture of it in

This plane is fast! i have a turnigy 1320kv motor on a 3s 2200mah setup, and it is quick! my instructional disc came out of the packaging during shipping, so i had no instructions to build from, i had to just guess at everything. i have a whole bunch of leftover parts, but it still seems to do pretty good. the elevator is EXTREMELY touchy on mine, not sure if its set up right or not, but i crashed into a fence within 5 seconds of having it in the air for the first time. tore the landing gear off, and half of the underside of the plane along with it. fixed it all with spray foam (haha!) balanced the plane out again, and it is VERY durable now! i had a good 4 minute flight this evening, and upon landing, the elevator got a bit squirrely, and i crash landed. ripped ALL the landing gear off the plane, but the airframe is in good shape still. re-attached the landing gear, changed the prop out, and took her for another rip.

very fun plane, very quick, but i noticed it does like to tip stall... keep it high if you're flying slow, until you get used to it. i was high enough to get it out of the stall before crashing a couple times.

The first plane I purchased flew so well that I then purchased three more. I am using a G25 870KV with 4S 1300 50C batteries. It's plenty fast for the experienced Pilots. For the beginners that are starting out just throttle back to 30/50pcnt throttle and have fun. This model shows very well at the field and is easy to see in the air. Best plane for the money as well

Arrived in a few days - very nicely packed! No damage at all, I think I'm lucky! Parcel was pretty big though.
Anyways here's my setup:
6g cheapo DS65HB servos for the ailerons and rudder, elevator. Don't put the servos in the tail where the cutouts are! It'll be toooo tail heavy. Put the servos inside, close to the nose somewhere. Every gram counts in the tail!
I didn't even use the provided tail wheel and servo horns (ugly). Try to keep it light is what I'm trying to say here.

Hobbyking 25amp ESC, turnigy 3S 1,6Ah nano-tech. Turnigy D2836/8 1100KV outrunner and a 11x5,5" prop. This setup provides over a kilogram of thrust, my model is under 800g. Will do whatever you need and more!

Oh, switch the heavy fiberglass 6mm rods for light carbon ones, a few grams saved.

Do reinforce the landing gear. It'll really break off on first landing (even a good one on asphalt) - mine did. Pour some epoxy over it or something.

I've got absolutely no regrets about this plane! It flies so nicely! With flaperons and elevator mixed in it'll slow down for landing. Stalls yes but they are predictable. A 800g 1m plane will stall if you let it. This will keep you busy when flying but it's so much fun! No bad habits as I know of. My battery almost touches the motor (inside the motor mount even) because of the heavy tail but this way it's nicely balanced! The ESC is also right up there.

So an

very nice airplane - flies like it should - point and shoot.
gear attachment is very weak - broke off when launched into long grass on the first flight. I would suggest getting some epoxy into the gear mount box. Larger wheels would help when taking off from even short grass, but we're tending to fly it now without the gear - but land in long grass or the prop will bust the engine mount when it strikes the ground ( BTDT ). I think the mount is strong enough however, as long as you're landing on the gear. Without the gear you can run a bigger prop for better 3D.
Build quality is actually really nice, other than the gear attachment, I would have given it another star at least.

I flew this model for the first time today. I suspected the C of G was too far back although I used a large 2.2 amp battery as far forward as I could get it to achieve the balance point suggested, 85mm behind the leading edge. The model was unflyable. The manufacturer has suggested this balance point because without adding lead to the nose this is your only option. This model needs to be re-engineered, either loose some weight from the tail or make the nose longer.

Arrived in good quality , delivery in 6 days.
Tail wheel assembly not included in the manual so pay attention before glueing the rudder.
I re-enforced the the fuselage wing attachment points with 6mm inner diameter cf tubes to prevent wing flutter.
re-enforce the main landing gear attachment area as mentioned in other posts.
My set up : ntm 35-30A 1400 kv with a 9x4,5 apc-e prop or 8x6 apc-e , both props will pull around 30 Amps , A-spec 3s 2200, corona 929 servo's.
All up weight 930 grams.

As mentioned in several posts be aware of wing tip stall

This little plane is great. I tried several setups and my best setup is 3542 1400kv turnigy motor, 9x6prop, 3s 1650mah 40c batt and 40a esc. It gives 5min of great power. I use this plane more as racer with some acrobatic manoeuvres because it is a bit heavy for pure 3d. You must keep it below 1.1kg with CG 1 cm in front of the one specified. I m flying with a bit of flap for more pitch stability. Make sure to reinforce the landing gear attachement because it is very weak. I have add some rods to take longitudinal forces on the aluminium part. I have reinforced also engine mount and fuselage where the wings are in contact. With that it is a rock solid plane.
