Honestly I didn't like this plane.

Poor quality foam (very delicate, not as EPO) and very bad linkage on elevator.

Moreover, one of the two planes i've bought arrived without the front nose cone, so i had to build one.

Flight is not very funny, because the plane easily stalls.

Got one of these the other week, its a fantastic little jet well worth the money and flies very well when set up correctly. I found that duel rates want to be at 25pcnt on both ailerons and elevator, any more makes it very twitchy in flight and set the expo to 60pcnt. I first flew mine on full rates and ended up fighting it all the way, very daunting!. So as mentioned earlier programme these throws in and you will have a nice edf model.

poor quality plane, tail wings rod came glued bad and it was not possible to attached them . plane dosent have enough power i think the engine rotates to the wrong direction but i cant find it out without break apart the plane (pnf version) . im not recommend it at all

Das Modell sieht auf den ersten Blick ganz gut aus fr das Geld (Decals gehen schnell ab aber aber was solls) und der Zusammenbau war auch nicht sehr aufwendig, nur die Aufnahmen fr die Querruderservos mussten etwas nachgearbeitet werden.
Beim Erstflug mit einem brandneuen Turnigy nanotech 1300maH-Lipo ging dann aber nach ca. 2.15 Minuten (mit gemischtem Flugstil) einfach der Motor aus weil der Regler abgestellt hat und hin war das Ding.
Ich schtze fr das Geld kann man nur Schrottelektronik erwarten.
Ich wrde ja sagen ich war enttuscht aber ich habe bei dem Preis fr ein Modell in der Gre fast nicht anders erwartet gehabt, war halt mal einen Versuch wert...
Da Hobbyking ja nach einem Absturz fr seine defekten Produkte auch nicht mehr die Verantwortung bernehmen will sondern hchsten einen Schrottchinacontroller durch einen anderen Schrottchinacontroller ersetzen mchte obwohl der ganze Flieger beim Teufel ist werde ich mich nach was anderem umsehen, denn wenn ich 4 Modelle zu Schrott fliege bis eines mal gescheit funktioniert habe ich auch nichts gespart...
Denke ich werde nochmal irgendwann Durafly ausprobieren, das ist ja wohl HKs "Premiummarke", wenn das auch Schrott ist wars das mit HK...

First impression was good (just the decals come of very fast) and it was an easy build, only had to scratch off

Joliment dtaill, un seul pilote livr, un peu dommage.
Trs bel engin une fois mont, la colle n'est vraiment pas top, temps de schage trs trs long. Petit bmol, la trappe sous l'avion ne laisse passer qu'un rcepteur de petite taille.
J'ai mont un OrangeRX615 qui passe tout juste avec les cbles.
Je conseille d'utiliser une bonne colle perso plutt que celle fournie dans le kit.

I am gutted with this kit, I had another companies Phantom that flew like a dream even for a beginner. Took this to the field and launched it as normal and it fell to the ground, broke the rubbish nose and bent the front wheel. Repaired it and tried to runway launch - no speed flipped over and wreaked the jet. Real shame after reading reviews about upgrade this and that - what the heck, supply the right gear with the plane. Very very sad and would be careful about purchasing from hobby king again as l also bought a little stick and that also has no power.

Very nice looking jet. The foam beads are very small, which looks better, but seems to damage easier. The tail spar that connects the elevators is kinda rubbish but can be modified with a carbon rod (see my post in discussion). The paint is great looking, but you have to have very clean hands when handling the matt off-white otherwise you get marks all over it. The landing gear is great quality, and the magnetic hatch edf housing is a also great. The electrics failed me on the first flight and the crash was so bad that it is a write off (especially because that foam tears and damages easy). Not enough power to climb well at all with the smaller wings. Suggest replacing all electrics with better quality (and lighter) electrics.

First thoughts were nice looking jet then I got it out the box n relised it was just foam and not epo like I had thought..so I didn't think it would last long..as for the cheap plastic servos it came with I didn't hold much hope for them and replaced with mg servos....
Maden was touchy I had my friend to get it skybound as I was on the sticks just as well becouse it war way off on right trim even tho they were centered on tx/jet I just about got it down with no chance of triming or it would have rolled right as I was landing the right wing touched the ground n span the jet round riping off both wings and the one rear elvator fin...I got it all fix and tryed again today but it flew slugish and felt underpowered?allmost like it flew on a stall with the cg as in the instructions all this aswell as the same problem I had on the first maden hard right rolling?
Again managed to get it down with all but a little foam coming off the left wing i trimed lots of left aiel to compensate for the right roll...ok try again up n away slow n slugish on the stall I managed one lap of my field then dumb thumb set in I thought I was on a left roll so rolled bk right gave up elev then bamm writen off all I have left is a 64mm fan 50a esc n motor!!!
I'm not sure if this jet is worth the money its at but I'm sure to get a couple more t45 when they come bk in stock

A very nice jet, but there are no instructions. Quality is very good. A little bit of trimming was necessary here and there. Jet came with stock esc, but did not work, also had a bad servo. Thankfully I had spares thanks to hobbykings reasonably priced, and affordable electronics. Nose cone should be foam, as I see the potential for a broken nose. :) Have not flown yet, but looking forward to it.

Awsome model with not only great looks and detail but a real performer. I made a solid balsa block nose cone to replace the vacumn formed one which would damage easily. The extra weight of solid onse block did not affect flight performance. I am running 4 cell 2200mah Turnigy Nanotech battery which give blistering speed and 5min flight time even when pushed through hard aerobatics. A very easy model to fly and removal of wheels gives a huge improvement in flight time.
A model that you must have!
