Nice accent lights

Decent accent lights for their price but I was hoping for more intensity. Tube security in emitter housing worked well on one but the other was more difficult to seat. Good addition but do not count on using them as navigational aides at night

Nice bit of kit ...running mine on two cr2032 in a twin batt holder and they work very well.
They put out a nice light ...you can run these Straight off your rx or any other 6v output.
The only minor downside is that you have to secure the fiber into the holder but a little ca and a little clear epoxy into the holder and your golden .

This is a nice value for fiber optics. Very low power consumption, and low light transmission, make it perfect for aerial video platforms, as the emitted light will not likely interfere with your color balance, and the low power consumption make visibility less of an issue.I will order more of these for that purpose, and I recommend them.

It is not as bright as I thought it would be. Still visible though. I wouldn't really use it for night flying as I would be worried about visibility range.

Cool item. I haven't used it on a model yet, but I did play with it at my desk. It isn't as bright as the led strip lights that HK sells, but it draws less and is lighter weight. Be careful not to kink the tube
