They work but not well made. The finish is exelent but the angles are not true or the same so the model now has wheels that are out of square

I've had these on a Focus 2 pattern ship for about 20 flights now. On the surface they look great but mine were not. The wheels were at a hard camber (slanted in) about 15 degrees and after 20 flights one of them split down the center along the width of the strut. The mounting surface to the fuse is not rectangular, though this does not matter much, it just makes it harder to get them aligned when first mounting them

Vertical projected height is 160mm from fuselage flange to wheel axis. Diagonal leg length from fuselage flange outer edge to wheel drill is ~230mm. Wheel axis lags ~80mm behind centerline of fuselage flange. 124 grams/pair. Fuselage flange is nearly triangular, other than rectangular in photo. Two drills in flange. Top finish and look. But extremely stiff and nearly no spring effect for damping landing shocks. This is why minus one crown.

Ordered these for my pattern plane. Description says 220mm which i needed. Mine were only 165mm (measured the way all gear is advertized centerline of gear to center line of wheels). Look great thought....

Muy buen acabado. La tengo en un extra 300 140 de jamara en la que el tren que trae es super pesado.

Spectacular finished, smooth and very light. The leg has streamline profil that does not appreciate in the photo. The only thing that does not match is the base wherefrom it takes hold to the fuselage that is an almost a triangle instead of a rectangle. Valid for F3A.

Nice landing gear

Mar 01, 2009

A good landing gear of fiber glass with a ply soul. The exact vertical height is 170 mm from horizontal part to the wheel drill.

Little minor differences in measures in both parts (not significative, though)

Fiberglass Gear (L)

Nice and clean looking,

The only thing I found to be not matching was the screw holes where off just a bit,

but that's not a problem> just a madder of

lining up the gear marking the holes and drilling! =D
