Great First Warbird

Wasn't a fan of the Little Nugget paint scheme but it's easy enough to remove the decals with painters tape and create your own scheme. This is an awesome plane that flies great with plenty of vertical power on a 4S 2200 pack. It's been a great learning warbird. The only problem is hand launching it. If there's zero to little wind, you will have problems getting lift. I've crashed it numerous times in these situations. It's on the heavy side and needs air moving across the wings and unsurprisingly will also tip stall if you try to make a turn without enough throttle. Flies just fine on windy days which is a plus for a smaller plane. At this price, you just can't beat it and it won't have you crying if it crashes on launch. The foam is super tough. The weakest link is the plywood firewall which I've had to rebuild a few times now after nosing it into the ground. Still on the original cowl. A tough bird! Overall I'd give it 5 stars, especially at this price.

Top Flugzeug für das Geld

Hatte erst Zweifel wie er wohl fliegen wird. Aber muss sagen bin froh das ich mir gleich zwei Stück davon gekauft habe. Der Little Nugget läßt sich super fliegen ob langsam bei Wind oder im voll speed. Würde ihn jeder Zeit wieder kaufen.

A really nice inexpensive classic! It flys real well and very unique in the paint scheme. Hobby king would do well to keep bring up these classic racers. Rare and hard to find. Please make more classic racers!

Esteticamente curato, si assembla facilmente e velocemente, con un po di attenzione nella parte della cerniera del timone, vola molto bene, stabile, veloce ma non esagerato nella versione stock a 4 celle, ben bilanciato, molto validi i rinforzi in legno all'interno della carlinga e la parte in plastica rigida che lo protegge in atterraggio.
Il motore colorato di rosso non mi piace particolarmente, lo avrei preferito nero ma sono dettagli, i servi sono un po economici ma sono comunque precisi, risulta un tantino scomodo da lanciare perchè la circonferenza del muso è abbastanza importante e si fatica ad avere una perfetta aderenza con la mano.
In generale è un ottimo modello, la livrea civile verniciata di bianco lo rende particolarmente unico.

Nice hand launched fighter/racer

I installed a Flitetest Aura 5 light which has launch assist. This cures any and all launch problems such as torque roll left into ground. The plane flies just fine, is not particularly fast, but is predictable and lands nicely on its belly.
