Print with strong, flexible filament to create spare parts, artworks and 3D models. TPU98A premium filament is easy to use for high-speed printing on both direct and Bowen style 3D printers. TPU98A filament has exceptionally high heat resistance (138℃) and can be stretched as far as 450% before reaching breaking point. TPU98A filament does not require the use of a heated bed and can even be printed straight onto glass.
TPU98A needs to be dried for the best 3D printing results. A standard air-circulated oven is sufficient. A guideline for drying is 2-3 hours at 110-130˚C for 100 gram (Please take care to remove the spool holding the filament as it will melt at much lower temperatures). The recommended temperature for the heated bed is 80-100˚C or even higher.
TPU98A will not bond perfectly to glass, but adheres well to a variety of “print stickers” and other bed adhesives. PA-CX12@df can be used on most common desktop FDM or FFF technology 3D printers.

Storage: Cool and dry (15-25˚C) and away from UV light. This enhances the shelf life significantly. HobbyKIng will supply this product with a moisture content <0,2%. After being out of the bag for several hours, redrying in an oven is recommended to eliminate moisture, please see method in the UPLOAD FILES tab.
